Key Responsibilities
1. GeM Portal Management
Handle complete operations of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Product listing, catalog management, and updating specifications/prices on GeM.
Monitor bid opportunities and participate in relevant tenders.
Maintain seller profile, certifications, and compliance documents on the portal.
Manage GeM orders, invoices, dispatch details, and payment tracking.
Coordinate for GeM bid submissions within timelines.
2. Tender Management
Search and identify government and private tenders relevant to company products.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Upload and submit tenders online/offline before deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, tender fees, and results.
Coordinate with various departments for required documents and approvals.
