Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage product listings and optimize catalogues across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure proficiency in leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and engagement to enhance user satisfaction.
• Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and report performance metrics.
• Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to boost sales efficiency.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies for e-commerce SEO.
• Oversee social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
• Manage payment gateways and resolve transaction issues promptly.
• Optimize User Experience (UX) for seamless website navigation and functionality.
• Handle product photography and ensure visually appealing merchandising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and manage CRM tools.
• Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory e-commerce requirements.
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage Amazon accounts efficiently, including account health and promotions.
• Design and update product catalogues to maintain accuracy and appeal.

Qualifications
• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Advanced certifications in E-Commerce Management, Digital Marketing, or SEO are a plus.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
