Responsibilities :
Coordinate with Ambassadors (field staff) for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
Monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion
Handle backend operations via our service portal and CRM
Communicate with service centers, customers, and partners professionally
Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly
Assist in training and onboarding of field personnel
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–5 years of experience in Operations support, Ecommerce, logistics, or operations role. Freshers can apply if sharp, intelligent & exceptional understanding of system /tools etc
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
