Operation Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support daily operations and ensure seamless coordination between field teams and hardware units. This role involves on-ground issue resolution, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily tasks with field staff and hardware/technical teams.

• Monitor and ensure timely deployment, maintenance, and support of equipment.

• Identify and resolve operational issues at the ground level.

• Track and report field progress, equipment usage, and issue logs.

• Maintain records related to field activities, inventory, and deployment schedules.

• Act as a point of contact between on-field personnel and back-office teams.

• Assist in vendor coordination and logistics planning.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the operations lead/manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, field coordination, or support roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and solve on-ground problems independently.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
