Job Responsibilities:
Office Support
Maintaining records and simple paperwork
Submitting and collecting invoices, cheques and handling bank, post office, couriers, etc.
Keeping the office tidy, clean and organized
Reporting maintenance issues (lights, AC, furniture, laptops etc.)
Assisting at reception when needed
Guiding visitors
Checking stock and informing when supplies are low
Supporting sales staff
Any task assigned by supervisors for smooth office operations
Proficiency in English is a plus
Basic MS Office skills
Time management and punctuality
