Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.
Track collection, recovery, achievement and productivity.
Prepare Agent-wise, TL-wise and Process-wise performance reports.
Monitor Target vs. Achievement and highlight performance gaps.
Manage Bucket-wise collection MIS.
Prepare DSR, MTD, WTD and monthly dashboards.
Maintain accurate and updated operational databases.
Coordinate with Operations/TLs for data validation and reconciliation.
Provide management with performance insights and actionable reports.
Handle incentive, productivity and ad-hoc MIS requirements.
Improve and automate existing MIS/reporting processes.
