Job Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Back Office MIS Executive to handle day-to-day operations related to insurance and mutual fund services. Your role will ensure smooth execution of transactions and provide support to our sales and client servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️Execute online orders & transactions for mutual funds and insurance

✔️Handle client queries and provide timely solutions

✔️Prepare and maintain MIS reports and data records

✔️Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

✔️Assist in documentation and application processing

✔️Handle mailing, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks

Skills Required:

✔️Proficiency in Excel and basic computer applications

✔️Good communication skills (written & verbal)

✔️Attention to detail and accuracy

✔️Technically sound with mutual fund and insurance processes

✔️Ability to manage time and multitask
