Job Description

Job Role – MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining data related to sales, service, inventory, and overall business operations of the two-wheeler dealership/workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and service performance

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales, service data, and customer details

• Track targets vs achievements and share reports with management

• Coordinate with sales and service teams to collect and verify data

• Manage inventory reports (spare parts, vehicle stock, etc.)

• Ensure timely data entry in systems and maintain data accuracy

• Generate invoices, quotations, and reports as required

• Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making

• Maintain documentation and proper filing of records

• Support management with ad-hoc reports and operational data

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)

• Good analytical and data management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic understanding of dealership/workshop operations (preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills

Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years

Experience in automobile industry is an added advantage.
