Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards
Extract and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL
Create interactive dashboards using Power BI / Excel
Handle large datasets efficiently using Advanced Excel
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and analysis
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Required Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros)
SQL for data extraction and analysis
Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation
Google Sheets proficiency
Basic knowledge of programming (Python/Java – preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream
Preferred Candidate Profile:
3–4 years of experience in MIS or data analysis role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
