Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Excel and Advanced Excel. The candidate should be capable of handling data management, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting management with accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update databases and records accurately.
Analyze data and generate reports for management.
Prepare dashboards, charts, and presentations.
Handle large data sets using Advanced Excel functions.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Monitor business performance through MIS reports.
Create and maintain trackers and automated reports.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel
Good understanding of:
- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF formulas
- Charts & Dashboards
- MIS Reporting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream.
Certification in Advanced Excel will be preferred.

Experience

1 to 4 years of experience in MIS/Data Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Detail-oriented and organized.
Able to work under deadlines.
Good typing speed and reporting skills.
Team player with positive attitude
