Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, collect data from the plant, and support management with accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Visit the plant 2–3 times a week to collect production and operational data.
Work from the Rajouri Garden office on other working days.
Analyze data and prepare accurate reports using Advanced Excel and MIS tools.
Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with different departments for timely data collection.
Share reports with management on time.

Requirements

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).

· Strong MIS reporting and data analysis skills.

· Ability to collect, verify, organize, and maintain large datasets accurately.

· Proficient in preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Basic knowledge of ERP/MIS software and data management systems will be an added advantage.

Work Location

Plant visit: 2–3 days per week.
Office: Rajouri Garden on remaining working days.

Note: If the candidate prefers to stay at the plant, accommodation and food will be provided by the company.
