MIS Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and manage sales, marketing, and operations data.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

• Maintain and update property inventory, client databases, and sales records.

• Generate performance dashboards and track KPIs (leads, site visits, closures, etc.).

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate reporting.

• Support management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

• Automate reports and improve reporting processes.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).

• Good understanding of data analysis & reporting.

• Knowledge of CRM/real estate software will be an added advantage.

• Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
