          Key Responsibilities:

·       Respond to travel inquiries and understand client requirements (budget, destination, travel dates).

·       Share customized quotations and tour packages with agents.

·       Upsell travel products like sightseeing, transfers, activities.

·       Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and activity vendors for availability and booking confirmations.

·       Handle changes, cancellations and any special service requests efficiently.

Monitor each booking’s progress from quotation to completion.
