Job Description – MIS Executive (Automation & Dashboards)

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive who specializes in automating reports and processes using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Excel, and Looker Studio. The candidate must be able to build and maintain dashboards, automate workflows, and ensure accurate and timely reporting across multiple business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage Google Sheets for operations and reporting.

• Write Google Apps Scripts to automate tasks (reports, imports/exports, notifications, validations).

• Develop interactive dashboards in Looker Studio and Excel.

• Create and maintain master repositories of data with version control.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports.

• Detect and resolve discrepancies in data.

• Document processes and train staff in using dashboards and automation.

Must-Have Skills

• Google Apps Script (mandatory): triggers, automations, API integrations, error handling.

• Google Sheets (advanced): QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, FILTER, REGEX, IMPORTRANGE, pivot tables.

• Looker Studio: reports, filters, parameters, calculated fields.

• Excel (advanced): dashboards, pivot tables, formulas.

• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset.

• Basic English (written & spoken).

Good-to-Have

• Basic HTML/WordPress embedding knowledge for dashboards.

• Prior experience in managing multi-location or multi-warehouse data.

Experience

• 2–4 years in MIS reporting, automation, and dashboards.

Work Schedule

• Night Shift (mandatory): 5 PM – 2 AM OR 9 PM – 6 AM.

• Weekly rotation: 6 days one week, 5 days the next.

Salary

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on skills & experience).

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
