Job Description

Data Management & ReportingCollect, compile, and maintain field-level data related to water conservation, watershed management, and rejuvenation activities.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely entry of data into the MIS system.Generate regular progress and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for internal and donor reporting.Monitoring & Evaluation SupportTrack project indicators such as water body rejuvenation status, groundwater level changes, plantation survival rates, and community participation.Support the M&E team in impact assessment and verification of field data.Identify data gaps and coordinate with field teams to ensure updates.System ManagementManage and update the project’s digital MIS platform or dashboard.Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance data tracking tools.Maintain data confidentiality and security.Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with field teams, project coordinators, and management for data collection and validation.Present analytical insights and visual dashboards for review meetings.Support in preparing donor reports, case studies, and success stories.Capacity BuildingTrain field staff and volunteers on data collection formats, mobile apps, or digital tools.Promote data-driven decision-making at all project levels.
