Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the laundry services at OP Jindal University, Sonipat. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage student requirements, and maintain service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operations of the laundry services on campus.

• Coordinate with students, staff, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

• Handle student queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

• Maintain accurate records and keep the laundry management system updated.

• Monitor staff performance and ensure operational standards are met.

• Manage inventory, service schedules, and daily reporting.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.

• Communicate via email and coordinate with the Washex head office for operational updates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in laundry operations is mandatory.

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and email handling.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a team and handle student-facing services.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred in hospitality or operations management).
