MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data, creating reports, and supporting business operations through effective data management tools and systems. The role involves coordinating with various departments to gather data, ensure data accuracy, and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various business functions (sales, operations, finance, etc.)

• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to manage large datasets and automate reports.

• Coordinate with departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely outputs.

• Create dashboards for real-time data monitoring and business KPIs.

• Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

• Support management in strategic planning with accurate data analysis.

• Assist in database management and data migration activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)

• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau (preferred).

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
