About the Role

Trustverge Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Health Insurance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of health insurance products, policy processes, customer handling, and coordination with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle health insurance policies and provide appropriate product information to customers.

Manage the end-to-end process of health insurance policy issuance and servicing.

Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and other policy-related requirements.

Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance regarding policies, coverage, renewals, and documentation.

Follow up with customers and insurance companies to ensure timely completion of pending cases.

Maintain accurate records of policies, customer details, documents, and transactions.

Assist in policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with existing customers.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of health insurance cases.

Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and properly maintained.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professional communication.

Ensure compliance with company processes and applicable insurance guidelines.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in Health Insurance.

Good knowledge of health insurance products and policy processes.

Experience in policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
