About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership
• Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams
• Manage housekeeping, pantry, and office facilities
• Handle vendor management and price negotiations
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal activities
• Ensure smooth IT and infrastructure coordination
