Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, be fluent in English, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments for senior management
Handle emails, calls, and professional communication
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
Assist in travel planning, bookings, and scheduling
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
Handle sensitive information with professionalism
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
