Job Description

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations across marketplaces and our own website. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, pricing updates, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other platforms

Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and return management

Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly

Handle pricing, offers, and promotions

Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse team

Resolve customer queries and platform-related issues

Analyze sales reports, return data, and performance metrics

Ensure product content accuracy (titles, images, descriptions)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify

Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, reports, inventory sheets

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and time management
