The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will govern the company’s cross-functional operating rhythm. Anzen has built detailed frameworks for every function - defining what data is produced, by whom, when, and who needs it next. Your job is to make this system work in practice: track deliverables, coordinate across functions, follow up, spot issues early, and keep the CEO informed.
You will also support day – to – day operations by handling administrative and coordination responsibilities, managing stakeholders, and effectively prioritizing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate with teams, clients, and vendors for smooth communication
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience in executive assistance or office administration
