Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings (MOM).
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information.
Follow up on action points and ensure timely closure.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal departments.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Track departmental updates and submit status reports to the Director.
Draft professional emails, letters, and business communications.
Business & Operational Support
Assist in monitoring key business projects and strategic initiatives.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
Support recruitment, HR, administration, and operational activities as assigned.
Meeting & Event Management
Schedule and coordinate management meetings.
Arrange logistics for business visits, audits, and customer meetings.
Maintain records of discussions and monitor implementation of decisions.
