Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including meetings, travel, and events across multiple time zones.
Communication & Correspondence:
Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive. Prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics (domestic and international).
Meeting Preparation:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all meetings.
Document Management:
Create, edit, and maintain documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
Confidential Support:
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Project Coordination:
Support or lead special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration on behalf of the executive
The candidate must have good experience with advanced Excel and Power Point Presenatation.
