· Act as a primary point of contact for the director, managing their correspondence, calls, and inquiries, both for professional and personal matters.
· Assist in managing personal and professional expenses, ensuring timely submission of receipts and reimbursement claims.
· Manage personal tasks and errands for the director, such as travel arrangements, reservations, and personal appointments.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.
· Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as required.
