Key Responsibilities:
Assist the senior management in day-to-day operations and task follow-ups
Take updates from all Hamster London stores and report timely
Coordinate with clients, vendors, stakeholders and internal teams
Manage travel plans and visit stores as required across locations
Draft emails, documents, and communication on behalf of management
Maintain schedules, meetings, appointments, calendar management
Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation for management review
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal & written communication in English
Client coordination & follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
Coordination, planning, and multitasking ability
Travel-friendly & field coordination mindset
Professional attitude & grooming
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Age up to 30 years
Should be comfortable traveling to different store locations
