Job Summary:
The ERP Coordinator is responsible for managing, supporting, and coordinating the organization's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The role involves assisting users, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with vendors and departments, and ensuring smooth ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the ERP system on a daily basis.
Provide user support and resolve ERP-related issues.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper ERP usage.
Maintain and update master data in the ERP system.
Conduct user training and prepare user manuals/SOPs.
Coordinate with ERP vendors for troubleshooting and system enhancements.
Generate and analyze ERP reports as required by management.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, and testing activities.
Document system issues, changes, and resolutions.
