Key Responsibilities:

Manage backend documentation and maintain accurate records.
Perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle professional email communication with clients and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Support day-to-day administrative and backend operational activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion.
Maintain data confidentiality and organized documentation.
Assist with basic accounting entries and Tally-related tasks whenever required.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of backend operations experience.
Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience in documentation and professional email handling.
Basic accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in Tally.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Reliable, disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines.
