### Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.

- Handle product listing, updating product details, inventory.

- Manage order processing, including order picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and replacements.

- Ensure accurate inventory updates across e-commerce platforms.

- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth dispatch and delivery.

- Maintain daily reports related to orders, inventory, dispatches, and returns.

- Resolve basic operational issues related to orders and listings.

- Ensure all e-commerce activities are completed accurately and within timelines.

### Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart is preferred.

- Good understanding of product listing, order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
