In this role, you will handle high volumes of raw data, verify its accuracy, and transcribe information from various paper or digital formats into our internal systems. The ideal candidate possesses fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.Core ResponsibilitiesData Input: Insert text-based and numerical customer, account, or operational data from source documents into spreadsheets or databases within designated timeframes.Verification & Sorting: Review, compile, and sort raw information before entry to ensure accuracy and proper formatting.Error Correction: Detect and resolve data inconsistencies, deficiencies, or errors, and escalate complex processing issues to supervisors.Database Maintenance: Regularly update existing files, perform data backups, and manage digital archiving systems.Research: Conduct preliminary research to locate missing information required for incomplete records.Administrative Support: Scan paper files, print reports, and operate standard office equipment as needed.Data Security: Adhere strictly to company data security, integrity, and confidentiality policies.
