Job Description

Complete management of Seller Central accounts - Product Listing, Inventory Management, and Order Processing.

Expertise in Amazon & Flipkart Ads - Sponsored Products, Brand Ads, and Promotions to drive sales.

Handling Clicktech business - Price negotiations, PO management, payments follow-up, and claim settlements.

Managing Account Health - Handling customer feedback, returns, and A-to-Z claims.

Creating and optimizing listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and A+ Content.

Coordinating with operations and warehouse for stock availability and timely dispatch.

Preparing weekly sales reports, analyzing performance, and planning growth strategies. Knowledge of FBA, FBF, Easy Ship, and Seller Flex models.
