Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and Flipkart vendor panels
• Handle product listings, cataloging, and content updates
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse for stock updates
• Track orders, returns, and ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Run and optimize basic promotions and deals on marketplaces
• Analyze sales performance and generate reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, creatives, and campaigns
• Ensure platform compliance and resolve listing or account issues
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably working with a brand
• Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces
• Basic understanding of cataloging, pricing, and promotions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with seller/vendor tools and dashboards
• Basic knowledge of ads (Amazon Ads/Flipkart Ads)
• Experience in D2C or startup environments
