Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in tendering and project execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete project lifecycle—from tender preparation to successful project completion—while ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete tendering process, including preparation, submission, and follow-ups
- Study and analyse tender documents, BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications
- Prepare cost estimates and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements
- Maintain proper project documentation and prepare regular progress reports
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of tendering and project management
- Understanding of BOQ, costing, and technical documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in tendering and project handling
