Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team at Renewtronics Gadgets Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15000 - ₹18500 salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listing and catalog creation across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, etc.).

• Update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications as per marketplace guidelines.

• Monitor and maintain stock availability and ensure timely updates on seller panels.

• Handle order processing, returns, and cancellations smoothly.

• Coordinate with the QC and warehouse team for product dispatch and packaging.

• Track daily sales, generate reports, and share insights with management.

• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive.

• Assist in creating discount campaigns, deals, and promotional offers.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company SOPs.

• Provide support in resolving customer queries and escalations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
