Shifts Available: ⏰ 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, ⏰ 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Roles & Responsibilities Backend (Operations):
• Order processing, logistics handling, order tracking, and related tasks. Customer Support (Voice & Non-Voice):
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats with professionalism. • Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Perform backend tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Requirements
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• 6 months–2 years of experience in customer support/back office (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable with both voice and non-voice processes.
