Job Description:

MSME Strategy Consultants is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations to join our team at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily e-commerce processes to ensure smooth order fulfillment and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.

Handle order management from receipt to delivery, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.

Conduct packing and shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock.

Maintain records of orders, shipments, returns, and customer communications.

Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.

Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Generate daily/weekly reports related to sales, orders, and inventory status.

Qualifications and Skills:

1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.

Basic knowledge of product listing, packing, inventory management, and order processing.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
