We are looking for a results-driven and tech-savvy E-commerce Executive to support and grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, analyzing sales data, optimizing digital content, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce).
Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure product descriptions, images, and metadata are accurate and engaging.
Monitor daily operations of online stores to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing, and stock availability.
Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers in coordination with the marketing team.
Analyze website and platform performance metrics (traffic, conversions, sales trends) and provide actionable insights.
Optimize listings using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and sales performance.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and returns management.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and reviews to maintain a high customer satisfaction score.
Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Generate reports on sales performance, ROI, and digital KPIs for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role (retail or consumer goods preferred).
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.).
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with Google Analytics or other data tools is a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
