We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce & Portal Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day online marketplace operations, ensuring accurate product data, and maintaining smooth inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Cataloging: Create, update, and manage high-quality product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and our official website with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Portal Management: Handle daily operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and the website's backend dashboard.
Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure products are consistently available and update inventory data accurately across all platforms to prevent overselling.
Printing & Labeling: Generate and print invoices, shipping labels, and manifests for daily orders, ensuring they are ready for the dispatch team.
Return Product Management: Receive and inspect incoming customer and courier returns (RTO), verify product condition against claims, and update the inventory or file reimbursement claims on the respective portals.
Account Health & Performance: Track order fulfillment, monitor seller metrics, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies to maintain excellent account health.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller portals is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining inventory and order logs.
Good organizational skills with the ability to handle physical stock inspection and labeling.
Basic understanding of ecommerce product presentation and online marketplace policies.
