The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate reports, handling application logins on multiple bank portals, tracking cases, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

Login and process applications on multiple bank/NBFC portals.
Track application status and maintain records.
Coordinate with banks and internal teams for case updates.
Monitor pending, approved, and rejected cases.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of cases.
Maintain portal-wise reports and reconciliation data.
