Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Department: Office Administration / Laboratory
Job Responsibilities
Enter and maintain customer, sample, and testing-related data in Excel and company software.
Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and other office documents.
Maintain sample records, test reports, and customer information.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors wherever required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of laboratory records.
Coordinate with the laboratory and office team for data collection and updates.
Handle emails, printing, scanning, and other routine office work.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Basic email and internet handling skills.
Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
