Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately manage and update information in our databases. The role requires efficiency, reliability, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data, including purchase orders, sales quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Use Excel for data analysis (formulas, pivot tables, and charts) and reporting.
Support the team with data-related tasks and identify opportunities to automate processes.
Ensure data confidentiality.

Requirements:

High school diploma; computer training/certification is a plus.
Experience in data entry or similar roles.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Sheets and Excel functions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
