About the role
We are a telecom infrastructure company (underground fiber, HDD, OFC network laying). We need a fast, sharp MIS Operator to keep all office and site data accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records for the store, sites, and subcontractors
- Record daily material consumption and deduct it from site balances
- Track exactly how much material is available at each location at any time
- Prepare the Daily Progress Report (DPR) for every client company, every day
- Call site teams daily to collect their progress and DPR updates
- Email documents and reports to clients
- Print and file documents as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an MIS role
- Expert-level MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reporting)
- Good working knowledge of Word, Outlook/Gmail, and PDF handling
- Fast, accurate, and well organized, with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in telecom, construction, or infrastructure is a plus
