Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Management Executive to manage and update information in our database systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of our data entries and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. This role requires someone who is reliable, efficient, and can handle data with minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities:

Input accurate data & create documents viz Purchase Orders , Sales Quotation , Sales Invoices Delivery challans etc into company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems .

Verify & update data by comparing it to source documents for accuracy and completeness.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Update existing data and retrieve data from the database as requested.

Perform routine backups and archiving to secure data.

Support other team members with data-related tasks when necessary.

Organize and sort datasets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and logical structure.

Apply advanced Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF-AND/OR statements, etc.) to process and analyze data.

Use pivot tables, conditional formatting, and charts to summarize data and generate reports.

Regularly clean, transform, and validate data to ensure completeness and consistency.

Collaborate with other team members to understand data requirements and optimize reporting.

Identify opportunities to automate data processing through macros and Excel automation techniques.

Maintain data confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar position.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Experience with data sorting, filtering, and formatting techniques.

Ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables for data analysis.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Google Sheets) and data entry software.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to handle and manage confidential information responsibly.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
