Job Description

Operate computers and perform routine tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Update and maintain company databases, spreadsheets, and electronic files accurately.
Prepare and print reports as assigned by supervisors.
Respond to basic queries from internal teams regarding computer systems and documents.
Monitor system performance and notify IT support in case of technical issues.
Ensure all data is secured and backed up according to company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
Support administrative tasks such as scanning, emailing, and filing documents.
Assist in basic troubleshooting of hardware (printers, scanners) and software issues.
Follow company SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
