Operate computers and perform routine tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Update and maintain company databases, spreadsheets, and electronic files accurately.
Prepare and print reports as assigned by supervisors.
Respond to basic queries from internal teams regarding computer systems and documents.
Monitor system performance and notify IT support in case of technical issues.
