Shift Time: 11 AM to 8 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (1 rotational week-off between Mon–Thu)
Reporting To: Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to join the Kalki Fashion team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data related to products, sales, customers, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer and product data into internal systems.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in records.

• Assist in daily reports and inventory updates.

• Coordinate with the store and backend teams for data needs.

• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

• 1+ year experience in data entry or back-office work (retail experience is a plus).

• Fast typing speed and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools.

• Good communication and time management skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
