Data Entry Executive

We are looking for Data Entry Operators with strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, and excellent typing speed. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and company databases

• Maintain records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality

• Perform regular backups to ensure data safety

• Review and verify data before entry

• Generate basic reports in Excel when required

• Coordinate with internal teams for any data-related clarifications

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of computers and file management

Preferred:

• Previous experience in data entry or back-office work

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
