Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Legal Documentation Executive responsible for drafting, typing, formatting, editing, and maintaining property-related legal documents. The candidate should have good typing speed and proficiency in PDF editing, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW for document preparation and modification.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Documentation
Draft and type property-related legal documents such as:
Rent Agreements
Affidavits
General Power of Attorney (GPA)
Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
Agreement to Sell
Sale Deed
Possession Letter
Indemnity Bond
Will and other legal documents
Ensure accuracy in names, addresses, dates, property details, and legal clauses.
Format and proofread documents before final submission.
Data Entry & Record Management
Enter and maintain client and property records.
Organize digital and physical files systematically.
Scan, upload, and archive documents.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
PDF Editing & Designing
Edit, modify, and convert PDF documents.
Create editable formats from scanned documents.
Design and edit document layouts using Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
Prepare print-ready files and document templates.
Administrative Support
Coordinate with clients and team members for document requirements.
Maintain daily work reports and status updates.
Assist in office documentation and operational tasks.
Required Skills:
Excellent Hindi and English typing skills.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
Knowledge of legal/property documentation preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
Diploma or certification in Computer Applications preferred.
Experience:
1–3 years experience in legal documentation, data entry, deed writing, or documentation work preferred.
Freshers with strong typing and software skills may also apply.
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Depending on skills and experience)
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Fast and accurate typing speed.
Experience in property documentation or deed drafting.
Knowledge of document formatting and PDF editing.
