Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Legal Documentation Executive responsible for drafting, typing, formatting, editing, and maintaining property-related legal documents. The candidate should have good typing speed and proficiency in PDF editing, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW for document preparation and modification.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Documentation

  • Draft and type property-related legal documents such as:

    • Rent Agreements

    • Affidavits

    • General Power of Attorney (GPA)

    • Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

    • Agreement to Sell

    • Sale Deed

    • Possession Letter

    • Indemnity Bond

    • Will and other legal documents

  • Ensure accuracy in names, addresses, dates, property details, and legal clauses.

  • Format and proofread documents before final submission.

Data Entry & Record Management

  • Enter and maintain client and property records.

  • Organize digital and physical files systematically.

  • Scan, upload, and archive documents.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.

PDF Editing & Designing

  • Edit, modify, and convert PDF documents.

  • Create editable formats from scanned documents.

  • Design and edit document layouts using Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.

  • Prepare print-ready files and document templates.

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with clients and team members for document requirements.

  • Maintain daily work reports and status updates.

  • Assist in office documentation and operational tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Hindi and English typing skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.

  • Knowledge of legal/property documentation preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).

  • Diploma or certification in Computer Applications preferred.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years experience in legal documentation, data entry, deed writing, or documentation work preferred.

  • Freshers with strong typing and software skills may also apply.

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Depending on skills and experience)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Fast and accurate typing speed.

  • Experience in property documentation or deed drafting.

  • Knowledge of document formatting and PDF editing.

  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
