The Ecommerce Operations Executive will oversee daily operations across leading marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually optimized, and compliant with platform standards. This role bridges catalog management, logistics coordination, and customer experience, with a strong focus on catalog imagery consistency and listing optimization.
Marketplace Catalog Management:
Upload, update, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.
Ensure catalog imagery meets platform-specific standards (Flipkart/Amazon image guidelines, background uniformity, size labels, infographic overlays).
Coordinate with creative teams to maintain visual consistency across lifestyle and catalog images.
Order & Inventory Operations:
Monitor and process orders across marketplaces.
Track stock levels, update availability, and prevent overselling.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch and fulfillment.
Logistics & Returns:
Liaise with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
Handle return/refund workflows in compliance with marketplace policies.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure listings adhere to Flipkart/Amazon guidelines (image quality, keyword usage, attribute accuracy).
Maintain catalog uniformity and prevent mismatches in product details or imagery.
Performance Monitoring:
Generate reports on sales, returns, and listing performance.
Recommend improvements for catalog visibility and operational efficiency.
