We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Manual Filing and Data Entry Operator to handle physical document filing and accurately enter data into our systems. The role involves maintaining proper file storage, quick retrieval of documents, and basic computer data entry work.
Sort, label, and organize physical files and documents systematically.
Ensure all documents are filed in the correct location and are easily retrievable.
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company software.
Maintain and update filing systems (manual and digital if required).
Retrieve documents and records as requested by staff or supervisors.
Perform routine checks to ensure the filing system is up-to-date and complete.
Handle confidential documents with discretion.
Coordinate with team members for record tracking and updates.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the filing area.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing as needed.
